Buffet Dinner, "Meet the Manufacturers", Door Prize Drawings
"Goodie Bag" to all attendees

We're looking for manufacturers and suppliers from the New England food industry!
Here's your opportunity for your company to 'show off' at a buffet dinner featuring the best products manufactured in our region. Feature your latest additions or old favorites; small portions to feed 250 people will be needed so that everyone can taste and enjoy! In 2009 the buffet included Hot Mamma Foods delicious hummus and salads, DiLuigi's Sausages, B&M Baked Beans, Green Salad with Ken's dressings, Vitasoy frozen desserts and a wide variety of other great food. (And don't forget ADM's chocolate fountain!) All contributions are welcome...there's no 'theme' to the menu. Here's your chance to 'show off' ' the products you make best!

Don't have a product that is easily served as a meal? You can be part of the event by providing items...retail products, samples, product coupons, 'give-aways' for our "Goodie Bags", provided to each guest as they leave. In the past these have included Autocrat Coffee Syrup, Concord Food's Sweet Bread Mixes and Bell's Seasonings from Brady Enterprises!

How about those companies doing business in the region that don't make a finished food product? Many have stepped forward to donate Door Prizes to make the evening even more festive or become an Event sponsor by contributing cash for paper goods.

In 2009 we welcomed our neighbors from the Southwest, as the Nutmeg IFT joined in the festivities!

Each participating company gets widespread recognition, and, following dinner, a rep from each company is invited to stand up and introduce themselves and tell a bit about what their company does... what we call 'putting a face to the company name". Overall, it's a great opportunity to meet the movers and shakers in the New England Food Industry...and to show food industry pride!
